Return Policies

We want your shopping experience at Emergo Arts Boutique to be the absolute best, whether you are shopping online or in person! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better! 

 

Some of our items are in the offsite warehouse and not stocked in store, these items are returnable to store even if shipped directly to your home. They follow the same 14 days return policy as in store purchased items.

 

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact customer service within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If  you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order,  please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can  get that mishap sorted out for you!

Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of the date your order was received from our boutique. 

  • All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original tag in the clothing attached & be accompanied by the receipt or invoice.
  • All SALE, CLEARANCE, CUSTOM, HANDMADE, SKINCARE, GIFT CERTIFICATES items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s), or can return directly to the store location in person.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note the tracking number if applicable.
  • CUSTOM Items - If we have made a mistake on our end with a custom order after the mock-up has been approved we will do our best to correct it, please inform us within 3 days of receipt.
